Samantha pt 3: The BookAfter several minutes of trial and error, Samantha managed to get herself down from her bathroom ceiling. She floated through her apartment until she reached the couch. There on the cushion was “How to be an Empowered Person.” She managed to settle down onto the couch in a sitting position and began to read.

AAR: Center for History 2009After Action Report: South Bend Center for History (Living History)

This event was held February 14th, 2009 at the historical museum of South Bend, Indiana.  As the first serious event of the season, I was eagerly looking forward to this since the unit meeting that was held in January.
The event started out fairly early in the morning, with the troops beginning to arrive around 8 AM.  As the first couple of hours passed before the museum opened to the public, the troops began to gather. Well, lets start this off with my work these days. Boy is it not fun. I keep bungling things and that is not looking well for me at the moment. I hope and pray to start turning this around. Until then...

In other news, I'm contimplating the next direction in the story of Samantha. Yes, I know, the writing is slow and comes in spurts. Anyone who likes these stories, please let me know. If there is anything you are curious to see, let me know. Things are not finalized on many aspects, so knowing why you do or do not like a passage would be greatly appreciated.

Now, as to revisions. Given how part 3 was written may eventually result in a partial rewrite of part 2. We'll see how things go through parts 4 and on. I may continue the story with what will likely become part 6 when I start writing again.
